I'd take Doidge over the Summer to play alongside Rhead/equivalent when FGR inevitably remain in this division.

This match is so boring that despite having nothing to do atcwork, and being allowed to watch it, I'm still only half watching it

Great finish. You'd think the Dagenham defenders would stop him shooting though, it was pretty obvious what he wanted to do.

Looks like Forest Green are off to Wembley. At least if they go up they cant humiliate us at the Rec next season

Rubbish. Started well but since then, have just let them impose themselves on us. Oh well, was always going to be a big ask to go back up. Still proud of this season with all the injuries, Tamplin distractions and a young squad blossoming at times

I struggled to stay awake during the first 30 minutes of this game and it has all the atmosphere of a space walk quite frankly. but it has certainly been livened up by a peach of a strike from Marsh Brown. Nice to see my old "friend" Dale Bennett has been up to his usual nasty ways again kicking out at a player as he tries to stand up. Thankfully the 4th official saw the little snide and he rightly got a yellow card for once. Dagenham have been woeful and shown absolutely nothing so far and I can only see one winner here. The only question is the margin of victory and ,of course, how much time FGR can waste with their usual play acting etc

From what I've seen so far, Tranmere have very little to worry about from either side at Wembley.

Unfortunately, both sides have shown in the regular season that they are capable of frustrating and ultimately beating us. It won't be easy.

Dag & Red player has the ball to take a shy...his left back (2 yards away) demands the ball so he can take it and throws it to the player who had the ball in the first place who wanted to take the shy....unfuckingbelievable.

Well deserved for Rovers if it stays this way, been comfortably the better side throughout the match. Going on what I've seen this seasonTranmere are a slightly better side than FGR but it's at Wembley and FGR played there last year so anything can happen. There's also the little question of nerves too.

Fuck me Daggers have been poor. FGR barely needed to break sweat so far.

Shy = Throw in ;) But yeah, I see Leo's point.

Re. Daggers, yes they've been poor and Rovers' back four have been comfortable all afternoon, but otoh, I still think Dagenham making the play offs is already a big feat. I thought they'd struggle to make the top 10 personally.

I'm glad the final will be contested between the teams that finished second and third. Fairness and all that.

Hopefully it's the team who finished second who will win the final.

Forest Green Rovers fans manage to outdo Tranmere in the tinpot pitch invasion stakes.

Caps seem to be the fashion item of choice in Nailsworth.

How did that FG player fucking miss there? Sorry to say but from 60 mins in I thought FGR had no/little interest in scoring more thereby fucking my bet up...fuckers!

As an aside....does the FGR keeper have a movement disability ? He takes fucking long enough with by kicks etc.
